The state-of-the-art generation of coffee machines is an impressive showcase of Swiss innovation. It achieves a brand new standard of quality across the whole spectrum of speciality coffees, from the short, fiery ristretto to the popular, mellow flat white.
A world first: P.E.P.®: Pulse extraction process produces the perfect espresso
For the Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.®), innovation leader JURA took its inspiration from the world’s best baristas. The result is a revolutionary technology that optimises the extraction time, allowing even short speciality coffees like ristretto and espresso to be prepared with an intensity and breadth of aromas like never before.
The purest quality espresso
With ten different intensity levels, users can customise their coffee to their own personal taste. Coffee perfection in its purest form flows into the cup, crowned by a velvety-soft hazelnut-coloured crema and illuminated by a warm amber light. Result: possibly the best espresso of all time – at the touch of a button.
The machine switches from milk to milk foam fully automatically. As a feature making its world debut in domestic coffee machines, the milk temperature can be varied according to personal taste.
Ingenuity begins behind the scenes
The secret of speciality coffees crowned with milk and milk foam lies in a new feature: a ceramic valve that automatically adjusts the air intake. It ensures that the milk is either heated only, or heated and simultaneously frothed into a light-as-air foam. The milk and milk foam temperatures can be selected and programmed in ten different levels.
Intelligent Water System (I.W.S.®) for automatic filter detection
CLEARYL water filters supply water of perfect quality for the best possible flavour. They also protect the fluid system against limescale and remove substances that impair smell and taste from the water. Minerals that are important for health are retained in the water. The result: freshly filtered water for perfect speciality coffees and optimum protection against limescale in the fluid system. The Z6 is the first automatic speciality coffee machine to feature automatic filter detection thanks to modern RFID technology.
Perfect water quality for exquisite coffee
CLEARYL Smart works according to the professional up-flow principle and always filters exactly the amount of water required for each preparation. As well as limescale, it filters out heavy metals like lead and substances that impair smell and taste, such as chlorine. To make optimum use of the filter and its capacity, the Z6 automatically detects the presence of the CLEARYL Smart filter cartridge, which is equipped with RFID technology.
Refined functionality
The Z6 packs incredible performance into compact dimensions. All the control elements are conveniently accessible on the front. The removal of the water tank and refilling of the bean container also take place conveniently from the front. Coffee is 98 % water, and the elegantly illuminated water tank underlines the importance of ideal water quality to the perfect coffee result. The finished result is also beautifully set off by the cup illumination.
Intuition – function – perfection
JURA revolutionised the operation of modern coffee machines with the Rotary Selection feature and the TFT display. The user guidance of the Z6 combines this experience with the latest insights into ergonomics. The logical, intuitive operating concept requires a simple ‘turn and press’. The user can rename the different speciality coffees and position them on the start screen.
Consummate perfection
Characteristic clean lines combined with appealing details like theillumination of the water tank and coffee cups express a sense of style and sophistication. The thoughtful design is a statement of good taste in any surroundings.
